Beware of ABSA shifting debit order dates then charging for it!

I have a problem with my latest statement. When I purchased the vehicle, you were informed that my salary date is the LAST day of each month so the arrangement for the debit order is for the FIRST day of the new month. It has been like this for years.

So WHY did the debit order for end May go off on 30 MAY? TWO days EARLY thus NO funds being in the account???? This in turn has lead to additional charges for which I feel I am NOT responsible for?

As per the contract under point 12, it clearly states that if you are going to change the debit order date that you will notify me five days ahead of time yet you did NOT communicate with me at all.

Therefore, reverse ALL unnecessary and additional charges relating to YOUR mistake immediately or I will be taking this up with the Banking Ombudsman.
