BEWARE OF ABSA- REAVAYA ********!

If i had to rate them less than the terrible star I would. Regrettably i am unable to. I have been a #REAVAYA commuter for years, and just now recently my card expired as(March 2019) which the card holder is by ABSA bank and reavaya is telling me i can not transfer the amount I have loaded in the card just before I had learnt that it will expire end of Mrach. The guy at Uj/ campus square customer care has the audacity to show me a millions of cards that have forfeited their money due to Revaya and Absa Capitalizing on customer's hard earned cash. I want my R800 loaded on your ABSA/REAVAYA card as i was not aware that this card will expire. NO signage or warnings put up for action before expiry date and you claim you can not transfer my cash as the card doesn't read, (hello???) what is the card number meant for? whats the purpose of these cards?. Absa you are *******, as for Reavaya ******** desperate commuters of their hard earned cash. I dare the finance department at Reavaya and the Absa entity to respond and advise on this ****. Such ******* should be boycotted and the relevant decision makers on such stupid decisions put to book. Show me a paper in black and white that i signed stating that if the card expires ill forfeit my money?? Pathetic to say the least!!!! This will go on all my social media pages and ill alert every single person i know never to chose ABSA as a ban****
