Beware of Absa platinum debit interest rate

My Absa platinum credit card debit interest rate just increased steadily by 2.7%. Got a non caring email from Irma van Staden back saying that the repo rate increase by 1.0% Does not reply to any email after I attached proof of my statements. I know the repo rate went up 1.0 where is the other 1.7% gone? Went to the bank and phoned their credit card division from the banks phone, said they will send me the statement and explanation within 48 hours, when it went up and by how much, still waiting must be a week now!
