Beware of ABSA! Payment holiday was a ****!

I just want to say thank you ABSA,

for not only lying about the payment holiday, completely wrecking my personal loan account with reversals and capitalisations, not being able to rectify your mistakes, not being able to do a proper investigation, pushing the blame to the client & closing a complaint ticket before the matter has been resolved, and then having the audacity to hand me over for non payment!

I have the statements, emails and sms's. I will have to pursue other avenues to resolve this matter.
