Beware of ABSA IDIRECT insurance!

I have been paying my car insurance premium with Absa for almost 5 years now. I registered a claim with them and the claim ended up being 3 claims which means I need to pay excess 3 times. I have 2 damages on the front of my vehicle which was ONE movement and one damage to the back which was the 2nd movement. The dumb person who logged my claim registered the front damage as 2 claims !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As if I hit the wall TWICE!!!! People please be aware of ABSA IDIRECT. They are *********** and do not give a dam about what really happened, they make their own assumptions and you then have to pay for their stupidity!!! I am taking this ALL OVER social media and will keep on warning people. Their actions are unacceptable and this is NOT what one wants from an insurance. I suggest to anyone who has a policy with them to cancel it immediately before this happens to you.
