Beware of Absa home loan

In 2022, I took out a mortgage loan with Absa Bank for a total of R699000 after making the final payment to the developers. Absa added interest to my bond loan amount, totaling R733000; when I inquire about the increased interest, they never provide a breakdown of how they calculated the charge, but still expect me to pay. Never take out a home loan with them; you will be disappointed. I've gotten less sleep since I moved into my new home. I was surprised at the new sum I needed to pay. Absa does not provide a resolution or investment; instead, they simply ask for payment.
