BEWARE OF ABSA BANK

IF I COULD, I WOULD RATE ZERO STARS, Very disappointed with ABSA’s handling of my ***** case.

My claim was declined because they say the transaction was “authorized” on my banking app, yet my app was delinked within seconds. How is it possible to authorize a payment I was not aware of and did not approve?

No clear explanation, no proper investigation shared (IP address, device details, etc.), just an assumption that I approved it.

This raises serious concerns about Absa’s security. If this can happen, no customer is truly safe.
