Beware Internet Banking and ******* sim swap *****

About R148k ****** from two accounts by means of ******* sim swap. ABSA offered a 50% refund under condition that I accept the offer within 7 days and then sign my rights away on acceptance. This after so called investigations of about 3 months. Well known celebs however caught with the same ****, had their monies FULLY refunded within 2 weeks. Cannot get a copy of their so called "forensic investigation" proving that it is my fault and I also cannot get the "FICA" information out of them for the beneficiary account into which the ****** money was transfered. Readers beware ABSA bank is not what they claim to be.

Have app**** twice for a review to have my money refunded. In both instances only 50% was offered. If celebrities get all their money back why must I settle for 50% ??? Have asked twice for the forensic report - no reply - have asked twice for the FICA information of the beneficiary account- again no reply. You can phone me on ********** 75six for details
