BEWARE ABSA IDIRECT

<p>Just when you think you are covered for a burst or leaking pipe, THINK AGAIN!!!</p> <p>Absa IDirect does not cover the actual burst or leaking pipe, only the damage that caused it. When I phoned in about a possible leaking or burst pipe, I was told sorry we don't cover it! I was told by the Consultant, Mohammed - Get other Insurance, you should have read your policy docs. Most Arrogant person I have spoken to.</p> <p>I have been with Miway, Sanlam and First for women and have never been told they do not cover a burst pipe. Shame on you Absa IDirect!!!!</p>
