In the 32 years I have lived I have never experienced such exceptional customer service,i visited the century city branch to go and open an account,I was referred to Masi (consultant),my case was very complex but the assurance and the effort that was taken to resolve my issue was just over this world..I think Masi should go into Guinea's book of records as best customer service consultant in the world..Thank you so much Absa for being such an accommodating bank and recruiting only the best ...once again thank you Masi ...Kind Regards Nyaradzo
