best service ever!

<p>I detest banks and only go to one when absolutely necessary but today I actually had a very pleasing experience while at the bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>I approached help desk as I was unsure about transferring money from my account to another. Shereen Ryklief, the sweet lady there assisted me beyond my expectations. She saved me money on bank charges, assisted me with my query without directing me to another queue and even left her desk to help me at an atm. She went beyond what was expected of her to assist me! She is a credit to your company!!!!</p> <p>Please let her know how well she is performing and reward her for her hard work.
