Best service ever!!!

I would like compliment Tersia Mulder. (Home Loans Department)

I really lost all faith and thought that I will lose my dream house. Tersia went way and beyond from what was actually required. She helped me with my documents and kept me posted all the time.

When she noticed that I was listed by another bank in a negative way, she phoned me to let me know. This account was closed a while ago and the consultant never closed it properly resulting in fees accumulating and this listing against me. Tersia told me to get a letter from the bank stating that this account was settled in order for her to see if she can assist, other banks, including my bank where I have my Cheque account, declined my bond application or didn’t give me a 100% bond.

Tersia is really a superstar! The service I’ve received from her was so outstanding that I will be moving the rest of my accounts to ABSA. This is not just a staff member that do her work with so much enthusiasm, but someone that really cares and put herself in her customers shoes.
