Best Service Ever
I had a complaint with regards to FICA on my account. No one else could assist me. Yolandie the branch manager from Newtown Junction really went the extra mile where she would call me every hour to update me on the situation. She even went that far to keep the branch open an hour after the closing time. If Absa had more staff like Yolandie Absa would be a great bank.
