BEST INTEREST OF CUSTOMER NOT CONSIDERED

Very poor service from absa vehicle finance department. Been struggling almost a week to get feedback from the lady that's handling my application for a better interest rate. When I finally got a hold of her she told me flat out that they won't give me a better interest rate. For a loyal customer this is disgusting treatment.
