Best decision ever to leave ABSA

I visited a branch today with my dad. I previously also banked with ABSA and I left there knowing I made the right decision to leave ABSA (considering I was a loyal customer for about 12 years). The service at the branch was pathetic…we were standing in a line and some guy cut the queue in front of us and the staff couldn’t even do anything to intervene. Not to mention the long time people need to wait to get served.
