BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY

Mohamed Sheriff is a real STAR,I am actually short of words,I just can't find the appropriate words to express how happy I am about the service I received from this gentleman today,I wanted to open up a business account with ABSA & they don't have a business rep at his branch,he didn't turn me away,he called his head office I think and put me on the phone with a guy who booked an appointment for me with some1 in a branch in Pinetown for 12pm,Mohamed understood how urgent I needed the account so he called the lady whom I was supposed to meet up with in Pinetown to check if he could get her to squeeze me in b4 12pm,he once again put me on the phone with that business accounts rep then only I discovered that due to some business procedures I was not going to qualify for this account,if Mohamed did not call the business rep in Pinetown for me,I would have driven all the way there for nothing,its trully satisfying to see that some people really care for customers and can be in the customers shoes,there's much more that he assisted me with,jus dat im running out of space and this was not the 1st time he has helped me,he once assisted me deposit money on the ATM,im sure he's 4gtn dis 1,
