Best Customer Service
Yesterday I went to an Absa branch to cancel insurance on a loan I wasn't very happy with. I must say, even though they can improve some of their processes the customer service is the best. The bank was quite busy since it was peak hour but I was still helped and on my way again within 15 mins.
