Best branch manager at Absa bank

I would like to give five stars to Absa's Menlyn Maine bank manager Mr. Russell Edwards for his exceptional customer service and assistance! It is people like this that makes me want to stay with Absa as all other customer service channels that I engaged in Absa were appalling and pathetic to say the least.

If you ever have a problem and there is no resolve in sight go to this man. Mr. Edwards told me that "he is the last line of defence and he will do absolutely everything in his power and more to solve his customers problem/s" which is really reassuring to know you have a person like that in your corner especially when you as a customer have knocked on many doors, taken time of work to sit in queues at the branch, written a number of emails and called countless times to resolve your issue.

I hope Absa understands the kind of great employee that they have working for them.
