Best branch by far

The best ABSA branch to work with is the one in Middelburg mall. It doesn't matter what your problem is or which department you need to help you, even the "reception lady", they are always willing to walk the extra mile to help you and even give you advice on how to keep better track of something. They are always friendly and never look at you or reacts as if they are doing you a big favour while helping you, also don't pretend as if you made a mistake, they accept that sometimes you struggle to understand systems which may be new to you or different from other companies' as they work with it every day and obviously understand it better than you do. I really do appreciate their attitude and assistance. While typing this, I just want to add their management, previous and current, as you must be good managers to keep your staff motivated and happy. I sincerely hope that you transfer your good management skills to other branches as some of them really need it.
