Beneficiaries disapear

I have been using internet banking for many years, Every month the same beneficiaries. Last week I discover that my edcon beneficiaries (4 of them) all disappeared. Upon enquirie I get told that they were removed because details has changed. And I can just re ad them. THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS! I use my internet banking as a back up reference. Now I have no record of my payments, and I am in a dispute with edcon over some payments. HOW THE HELL IS THIS NOW GOING TO BE RESOLVED!!!!
