Being treated as an idiot

On my last statement I was charged R11 182,75 for Sundry items. I had no idea what the charges were for because I had been charged R69 for sundry items on all of my previous statements. I then sent an email asking for an explanation, and I received the message below shortly after.

"Dear Valued Absa Customer Thank you for your email. Kindly forward your residential address, cell phone number and your ID number as well as a summary of your request for me to assist you further.

Please note, we will close your enquiry on our side and a new reference number will be created to your response.

Awaiting your reply.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to email us on *** Kind regards Latoya Woods Email Administrator www.absa.co.za"

I have sent the requested information three times already, on Tue, Apr 25 at 12:21 PM, Wed, Apri 26 at 1:19 and On Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 10:24:49 AM GMT+2. I am still waiting for an explanation.
