Being transfered to all departments noone knows what is going on....STILL NOT RESOLVED

My vehicle finance statement query still not resolved. Please assist. The explanation I received for the discrepancies didn't not make sense and since I queried them there has been no response from Nthabiseng.

Hi Nthabiseng, Yes you did email me my statement but that did not resolve my query, my query was not the statement, I requested the statement as supporting documents to my query. Please can you resolve my query before I request my NATIS documents. Regards Thabo

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We gave you feedback and all you can say was that you are not convinced and that you need comprehensive statement which was provided to you. As for what you were not convinced about is known to yourself unless maybe the outcomes were not in your favour which it does happen.
