Being shocked about what happened to my absa card

Hopefully I would like to explain regarding to my blocked absa card of which I wasn't aware about in the past few months ,I only heard that my card is blocked on January and I was so shocked because I didn't even received any call asking me or letting me know why was my account was being blocked ,but sooner or later they told me that they will surely contact me back and tell me what is happening well I kept waiting and what also shocked me is that ,they even said I have submitted an affidavit to the absa branch near me , of which I didn't even so I would really like to resolve the matter regarding to my blocked absa account and I can answer questions regarding to the funds which was sent via my account of which was where they told me to buy crypto currency with it and send those funds back to the person who hired me while I was doing a part-time work online in December or January if I'm not mistaken so I would really like to resolve this matter
