Being debited wrongly with help when I cry.
I cancelled my credit life protection cover for my personal loan ***) and moved to Yalu from April but this month my personal loan debit had a credit protection charge on there aswell. Can I please have my money deposited back into my account ASAP because that R380 has to go somewhere.
Please see screenshots of confirmation of cancellation of credit life protection from ABSA.
I called Absa and was told to send a mail to ***. I did that and have not heard a thing back from them since.
Been with this bank for years now with a happy relationship but now I'm seriously considering consolidating my debt with the green and bank and packing my bags and going. I'm up to here with Absa.
