Being Charged for Insurance I Never Agreed To – No Resolution from ABSA

For the past 3 years, ABSA Vehicle Finance has been deducting payments from my account for vehicle insurance that I never authorized. I've supp**** insurance multiple times. After finally raising a dispute, they refunded me only R3,000, when in fact the total amount owed is closer to R17,000.

I’ve been trying to resolve this directly with ABSA for over a month now, sending multiple emails and following up repeatedly, but I’ve been completely ignored. No responses, no updates, and no accountability.

I’m posting this here in the hope that someone at ABSA will finally acknowledge the issue and take action. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I expect a full investigation and the correct refund owed to me.
