Being bul**** by Absa Attorneys

I have a credit card with absa after missing 2 payments they send me LOD and Summons they company Anders Attorney they have referred me to has been doing a very bad job at making reasonable arrangements with and they are violating NCR regulations they are bulling to make unreasonable arrangement and dictating to me how to handle things i took the credit card with absa and i want an arrangement with them not these idiots they are referring me to. In February i spoke to someone on the phone making an arrangement so how it got to anders Attorneys i am confused. I have tried to call them for help no no one is willing to assist me i have the recording of the call i with anders and the information wasn't clarified. Can i get AN ABSA person to call me and discuss this issue
