This week the Bank passed a Journal on my account for R12k and I queried the journal and they refunded me R11k and kept the R1000 as a payment to my Credit card. On Tuesday when the refund was transfarred I was surprised that another journal was passed for R3500 and I queried that as well and I was promised the refund would come through on Wednesday which I did not receive. On Thursday another Journal was passed on my account for R2600. Why would you abuse the right you have to pass journals on our account to mess up my Cheque account. I will be posting on all social media channels so people are aware that Absa helps themselves on our accounts. No privacy at all. I have been having this journal issue for some time with them. Can all the people who have the same issue gather here so we can fight this.
