I would like express my gratitude to Judy from Absa branch at the Crossing mall in Mafikeng, for going above and beyond to assist me with closing my account after encountering difficulties since the 1st of July 2024 to close my account, since I cannot afford to keep it running since I lost my job in 2021. Judy called me to check since she escalated the matter to relevant department, and if I was assisted. She did not just pass the matter and forget about me, I am so great full for the beautiful service I received from Judy. I even told her as soon as I get a job, I will be coming back to the branch to ask her to open a new account for me again.
