BBBEEE contractor is useless

Absa does it again. Someone in Absa think he is very smart. They opt for an outside contracter to load the ATM machines. I live in a small town called Citrusdal. Population +/- 40 000. There is about 24 000 seasonal workers in our district. Most of them work on farms and have only Saterdays and Sundays to do their shopping. Absa has 4 ATM machines in town. Since Saterday none of these machines were operational due to Absa'S contracter that does not load them with cash. Brilliant Absa, Brilliant.
