Basic banking impossible
It's such a hastle to reverse a debit order. Its been almost a week since I have requested a debit order reversal but nothing has happened. Instead yesterday a get an email to comfirm the debit order details which I have done multiple times over numerous calls and emails. When did banking become so difficult?
