ABSA consultant called my father and asked him to approve a Debi check mandate but he/she didn't advice him about when should he expect a refund because absa debited R4800 instead of a R1000 for his loan repayment. No Debi check mandate will be approved without a refund. REFUND FIRST THEN MANDATE AFTER. ABSA needs to provide with a recording because a telephonic agreement was made regarding installment amount.
