Basani Hlungwane - case Ref C-***2 - no Assistance received not even a call

This is my second complained about a credit card I app****, 2 application where I have received an email that it has been approved but when I check on line It shows that the application has been cancelled, on Friday 4th November Basani Hlungwane was the Consultant who was suppose to investigate and provide Assistant by the end of 09/11/2022, I have sent all the information he required yet, I did not received any feedbank or call from, today I just received the same Email that my credit card has been approved but when I check on line it shows that the credit card application has been cancelled, not sure why you would assign A consultant to assist me, when absolutely no assistant has been received
