Barely surviving

Requested a settlement for my personal loan and credit cards For 2 years absa has received payment and charged me interest yet i was on debt review The balances are incorrect as my payments for 2 years from 2018 to 2020 have not been accounted for I have the proof of payments and am trying for over 3 months to end this misery and settle this account Being under debt review it’s difficult for me to make ends meet yet absa still wants to charge me for something that i have already paid and show no interest in my plight for this problem
