Banks support Debit order ***** because they are gaining from it

So, early this year, I went to ABSA Menlyn Maine to reverse the multiple unauthorised debit orders going through my account UNAUTHORISED. Some of them were reversed and for about three of those I had to log a Case with the ***** department through the consultant that was assisting me, we logged the Case/s and I signed the copies. I was told that the ***** department will contact me within a certain period. Well, I got a call, It was from “*****-Department”, they called regarding the logged Cases and told me we need to change my pin…of course I knew they were ********** but I played along just so I could get as much information from them as possible, they had all my details besides the one thing the bank too does not have, my PIN. Anyway, I reported this to the same bank, a consultant was worried and said maybe we should change your pin just in case, we did….My point, I reported ********** activity to ABSA, ABSA ignored me completely (maybe not completely, they did make me spend an hour in the branch signing a lot of papers and promising my money will be returned asap) well to this day I still have not received a call or text from ABSA ***** about my case logged. Fast-Forward to the present. I have people/companies debiting my account with small amounts (only small because ABSA does not consider it high/big enough for it to be important) every month. I used to be able to reverse it myself but now it does not even show on the list of debit orders to reverse. For me to reverse these, I have a month to physically report to the bank. I work Monday to Saturday 8-5, the bank is open Mon-Sat 9-4… This is designed to FFFF me. Lets say I get paid R1000 a day, the ***** debit orders amount to R300 per month, if I take half-day leave to resolve this SHHH I still lose, if I don’t resolve it, I lose my mind…PLEASE HELP SORT THIS OUT FOR GOOD. You guys are running a bank, surely you should be smart enough to sort this out…. Or maybe you don’t want to sort it out???? Why should you? You not losing anything.
