Banks Allow Debits that are not authorised by account holder.

ABSA continually allows debits from NAEDO TRACKED, which are not authorized. I now see they charge a "dispute fee". When complaints are made, the staff are most unhelpful and insist that there is nothing they can do, except credit the amount! Does this mean that anyone can take my money? Why can ABSA not keep my money safe? Its not only me!
