Banking services applauded

I obtained new computer devices and was in urgent need of IT assistance. ABSA in The Grove was the third branch where I seeked help on 09/07/2020. A Small Business Manager called Thando Rasmeni came to my rescue on my way out after the lady behind the counter was either, too stupid or unwlling to be able to help me. I am with ABSA now for over 50 yrs and Mr Rasmeni treated me like I wanted to be treated and behaved absolutely professional and was knowledgeable about his work, which is more than I can say about his colleagues. I can without a doubt recommend him as a great asset for ABSA and he deserve the recognition for it.
