Banking ***** on the RISE

The spate of *****ulent banking transactions have been increasing and yet the banks do not want to accept resposiblity. I lost over 1 milion rand and they have not repaid the money. The banks do not accept any responsiblity and hide behind the Ombudsman (who sides with the Bank's most of the time). Are the Banks not supposed to be providing SAFE CUSTODY for our money as we use their apps at OUR own risk. Please can someone assist us in getting all these banks to start accepting responsibility for their apps and systems. If *****sters break the system it is not our fault and the Banks appear to be lagging behind and the Government is not assisting as well.
