Banking during the Pandemic20

In order to adhere to the pandemic countermeasures for septuagenarians

with underlying health conditions viz.pulmonary and diabetic it has become the want to stay indoors,as known. As a pensioner who enjoined the comfort to use online banking, not having any account limits set before, solely for the purpose of monthly inter account transfers I may no longer do so! This all for the sake to have limits set at the bank in order to generate income! I implore the powers to be to reinstate my previous access online so I do not have to breach the status quo by visiting ATM's

During Lok Down and working from home as proven, what does Company policy dictates regarding settling of queries and setting of online account limits which unfortunately cannot be done in a locked bank environment. What about a house call as a extraordinary show of service delivery or a online transaction between PC's?
Wondering.......RSVP.
