Banking disgrace

In May 2019 l contacted absa to change my debit order dates as l was no longer an employee of the bank and my pay date had changed. The agent l spoke to confirmed that my debit order date has changed. To my suprise, I got an sms notification stating that my debit order will go off on the 20th of May. Again in June I received the same notification and l contacted absa yet again and again the agent confirmed that my debit order date was changed. Absa then Deducted a random R5541 after my loan installment was deducted and when l enquired they said that its because l missed a debit order and when l asked which debit order they than told me stories about how the system said l was in default as my debit order did not go off on the 20th. They then advised that they will refund me the money, which they did. Thereafter on the 1 of July 2019 they charged me a Random R100 and when l enquired about that charge and if their so called default will affect my credit record, they only rep**** to one part of my query and told me that they did a credit enquiry and that my profile was not negatively impacted. I asked them if they asked me for permision to do an enquiry and if l had given them permision. They did not respond to my email. I just did a credit check on my profile and it shows that l have an overdue of R5541 on my absa loan! Can absa please explain what is going on here, my installment is not even R5541 and l have never missed a debit order. I informed absa that am no longer getting paid on the 20th and asked that my debit order date be changed to the 27th! It is not my fault that your agents failed to make the changes further more the debit order still went through on the same months. Please also explain what the R100 charges on the 1st of July and August were for. After you took R5541 my account went into a minus and now all this is my fault? Please ensure that you remove that overdue amount on my profile as a matter of agency! What annoys me is that Lisle Gray told me that there was no effect on my credit profile and yet there is!
