Banking app useless

Absa bank sucks! The service is pathetic! I can not use my app after i have transfered money From my Capitec that is an excellent bank... I have sent them an email with still no response!try to phone and waited for 5 min still no assistance! I need to use my app! Expensive bank to make use of, especially when u have to call in or take off at work to go to a branch to sort out small ****
