I at last established on the 20th July 2022 that Absa required additional Fica forms ( Absa forms) These forms were signed and returned on the 21st July 2022. Please note that forms were first emailed to Absa on the 20th May 2022. It took Absa 2 months to let me know that they required additional forms - only after I had enquired why all the accounts were blocked. Guess what the accounts are still blocked. Something is very wrong that Absa treats customers like this. I think that the newspapers should know about this very poor service
