Went to Absa branch Springs Mall on Saturday 20 May 2023 for assistance in transferring money to Lawyer's for transfer of property. the assistance at the disability desk was the worst that I ever received in a bank. She said to me how she is going to help me and not help me the way that I want to be helped. She said that she cannot transfer the money for me but will create a beneficiary on my account and then I have to go to the auto bank and asked the security guard to assist me in transferring the money to the lawyers. I have been visiting the bank three times already in the past to sort out the bank apps on my phone without any satisfaction. I cannot believe that the officials in three bank is not able to help me and why the security has to help me. She could have walked outside to the auto bank and assist me there.
