Bankfin

Good day, for 23 years ABSA and Bankfin has ignored me completely about my motor vehicle that was purchased from Fletchers Ford in Roodepoort, I settled this account at the end of the contract term and for many years I heard nothing from them, during the year 2000/2001 I went under debt review, a few months later I realized that Bankfin was taking advantage of the situation, they deducted +- R10 000 at the time, I queried it and nobody was willing to help me, what I cannot understand is that I traded that car in for another car with no problems, the finance for the other car was at another bank,can somebody please help me with this issue, thank you.
