Banker Excellence

Absa Private Banking has been really disappointing of late but this is not a complaint but a compliment. Ntombi Mabuza of Private Banking has been my banker when most jumped ship. Things have not been perfect on my side as with most consumers in the current economic climate but I must thank Ntombi for her assistance, guidance and care during a very difficult time. She is called a relationship banker and for that a bank should assist its clients when times are good and when times are bad. Ntombi has shown that she will go the extra mile even when days are dark on your side. Thank You Ntombi for showing what relationship banking should be and for restoring my trust in a bank I have been a client with for many many years.
