Bank with poorest service: Absa
Absa offers the poorest of service. Had to take 2 days off leave to go in the to a branch but they unable to either offer you a new account or even get past updating Fica documents of an existing account which attribute to poor systems. Poor service regardless of trying to give them new business or keep their existing business. Time to change.

Seems like Absa poor service not only limited to their systems. Why will anyone try to bring you business if it's this difficult to open an account?
