Bank with confused employees giving broken promises

It's honestly been a painful process in dealing with ABSA.

I've had to come into the branch twice to open a Cheque account because you lose the documentation.

I had to email the action line 4 times over a 2 month period to have an issue resolved.

Every you speak to from ABSA literally lies to you and makes broken promises!

It's like no one actually knows what they're doing or how to do it.

I can understand mistakes and lost paperwork but when you have your staff wasting my time with broken promises or not know how to do their job it's so frustrating!!! I have better things to do with my time than waste it being used as a test dunmy.

So well done, as per my commitments on my email via the action line... I will close my Cheque account, I won't be moving over my salary and I will personally make sure my business doesn't have you finance the property portfolio we're establishing. FNB already approved that bond, even if the rate is higher by all means it'll be a pleasure to pay so that I don't have to deal with ABSA.
