Bank that is *****ing from the poor

Can Absa bank refund me my R330 that you deducted from my savings account which is a pay as you transact account... the last time you pullec this stunt of *****ing money from my account was in February and you refunded it WHY ARE DOING IT AGAIN REFUND ME MY PLEASE
