Bank Service

For the past 2 week we've been trying to open an account with Absa....and have been sent back and forth...your ID is old, spelling of address is wrong, the number 7 is not showing, the letter a looks like letter e, how in the world does that happen. Bad service. I never knew that you have to be educated to have an account....and have a new ID either....these are middled age women that work as Hawker trying to save money at this bank to uplift it because they work near this bank. But then again i guess Business is Business with them. They dont need knew clinets.
