bank repossed house
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a huge problem we live in Randgate Randfontein there is a house that belongs to the bank as the owner has stopped paying the house about 3 years ago due to people that just moved in over night she has spoken to absa how many times regarding this me myself have phone absa complaining about these people that just took over the property they busy with a lot of things in this house there are about 10 people living there using drugs *****ing everything from this house they have already sold all the kitchen cuboard the geyser have been removed the wooden floors have been used to make fire and all the water pipes have been taken out how long before they start breaking in around them absa just dont care they have not send someone out to the property to inspect nothing it is like they just dont care so to me this means you can stop paying your property and keep staying there because they dont do anything about it what a bad example please let me know what we can do as nabours of this property</p>

We have a huge problem with our neighbours that are squatting in a repo house there are like 30 people living there with no electric or water they have demolished that place completely all that is left is the walls and roof the garden looks like a dumbing site they do there thing in a bucket and just dump it in the garden us as neighbours of this property has tried talking to Absa nothing happens what are we to do each day you check there’s more people there are little kids living there to please we need help in regards to this matter you can’t even let you own kids play in your own garden anymore as you don’t feel save.

I cant see that no one does anything regarding this matter so the example i am getting is you can just stop paying you home loan and just start squating as the bank just leaves it wow this is awesome people can apply for homeloans pay few months and then just stop paying and continue living on the property
