Bank offlin

I have just returned from this branch where i walked in and there we 2 or 3 tellers and a cleaner having a chat and looking at catalogues while I stood there. The security officer had to call me from where he was seated at the door to inform me that the bank is offline and he didnt know for how long. I left the bank not even being acknowledged by any of the staff or informed when they would be back online. I have been to this branch numerous times and I constantly get bad service, your staff is not doing us a favour by serving us. Ive had it with this bank and I will be changing it soon.
